Account Manager
Office based, Croydon
Up to £50k base - plus OTE
Are you an experienced salesperson looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in retail, wholesale, international trade, or a similar industry?
Our client is an international award winning Wholesaler and Distributor of video games, consoles and accessories. They deliver the products, with the best price, anywhere in the world. They are looking for an excellent manager to join and manage their worldwide sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand and address their critical priorities.
- Align client priorities with business offerings, ensuring ongoing value and satisfaction.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring advocacy for continued partnership.
- Navigate procurement processes for contract renewals and expansions.
- Transition client insights to the membership programming team for seamless collaboration.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in managing existing accounts, with a focus on relationship building.
- Strong teamwork and influencing skills, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the utilities/power sector is highly desirable.
