Accounting Administrator

Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a new Accounting Administrator to join our finance department on a fixed contract with the potential for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be tasked in administering the purchase ledger functions for the Foundation.The successful applicant will have experience within a finance department and preferably be a full or part qualified accounting technician. We are looking for increasing automation, therefore a person with compatible skills using computerised accounting systems would be a great asset. Other roles and responsibilities include: To process supplier invoices using an automated system. End to end management of suppliers to make sure invoices are paid on time. Work well with the internal team and deal with supplier queries. Assist with the financial administration of the school. Process charity donations, staff expenses and company credit card statements.
