Salary and Benefits
- circa £40K - £45K per annum based on a 5-day week.
- Enrolment in the employee pension scheme, along with any other benefit schemes currently in place.
Work Hours
- Standard hours are 9:00 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility within this, allowing for starts at 8:00 am and late finishes, with optional 30-minute lunch breaks.
- Core hours are between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
- Opportunities for remote work, especially during afternoons.

Key Responsibilities
- Client-facing accounting services that go beyond the numbers, encompassing business development and specialised tax services.
- Managing various accounting tasks including financial reporting, tax management, payroll and bookkeeping.
- Active involvement in management reporting, different tax components, and some elements of IT management.
- Participate in monthly management meetings, providing insights and advice that can steer the business and benefit our diverse clientele.
- Lead and manage in-house projects that drive continuous improvement within the practice and for clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven track record of managerial accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
