Accounts Administrator | £25,000-£27,000 | Warrington WA5 | Permanent Position

Our esteemed client, a well-established company, is seeking a proficient Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in invoicing/payroll, adept at handling phone calls, and capable of contributing to various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Requesting quotes
  • Generating and issuing Purchase Orders (Pos)
  • Coordinating and receiving deliveries
  • Answering phones and performing general reception duties
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Producing accounts receivable invoices
  • Making payments
  • Handling CIS and payroll tasks
