Our client who specialises in freight and distribution is looking for additional support within the team for general Accounts Administration to deal with a back log of work. This is looking to be 3 weeks at present but this may be extended.
You will have experience in using Xero as training can not be provided in using the system – you must be able to hit the ground running.
Duties will include :
- Check Statements and payments
- Data entry of invoices onto the system
- Contact with customers and potentially some credit control to make sure invoice is received and prompting of payment
- Support with general accounts queries that come in to the company via phone and emails
Skills / Experience :
- Possess great computer skills including MS office and Xero
- Previous Accounts Administration experience
- Be keen to offer support within all areas of accounts and communicate well with a wider team
Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
Payrate
£14 per hour
