ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - Belfast
SALARY: £12.82 an hour
EMPLOYMENT: Temporary, part-time, office-based opportunity (Wednesday to Friday) – potential for permanency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments
- Raising PO’s and updating purchase ledger
- Dealing with enquiries via telephone
- Assisting with the day-to-day function of the office, including answering telephone calls
- Other accounting and admin duties, as required.
What you’ll need to succeed!
- Strong experience using an Accounting Software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of invoice processing.
