Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for an Accounts Administrator. Our client is a national specialists law firm with various benefits and free on-site parking.
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Account Manager with overseeing accounts
- Bookkeeping
- Managing invoices for clients
- Chasing overdue payments
- General admin duties including data entry, filing and managing documents
- Scheduling client appointments
- Managing and updating client records
- Liaising with the accounts team
- Client relationship management
- Constructing reconciliations
The successful candidate:
- A minimum of 1 years practical experience in accounts
- Knowledge and understanding of the SRA rules (preferred)
- Experience in purchase and sales ledger
- Experience in reconciliation
- Full UK driving licence (due to location)
