Accounts Administrator required for my well established client based on the outskirts of Loughborough
Job Types: Full or part time considered
Hours : Monday – Friday
Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience
Experience : 2-3 Years in accountancy
Responsibilities
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare, send, and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an account’s administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulation
- Hands-on experience with accounting software bespoke excel accountancy system
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organisational and time management abilities
Skills and Knowledge
- Must have IT skills of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good spoken and written communication skills
