Accounts Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to purchase orders (POs).
- Code and enter invoices accurately into the system.
- Reconcile supplier statements for accuracy.
- Handle credit card entries and reconcile them.
- Maintain organised filing system for financial documents.
- Perform other general accounting administration duties as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
- Computer Literate including all Microsoft Applications
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and good telephone manner required.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative to prioritise workload
