Eye4 Recruitment are working with a highly reputable client based in the heart of Petersfield, who are looking due to growth. We are looking Accounts Administrator for an individual who has a self-motivated approach to all daily tasks and a commitment to maintaining high standards, an eye for detail and a pro-active attitude. With an extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook, and a sound working knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounts.
KEY RESPONBILITIES:
- Raising sales invoices, sending monthly statements
- Actively maintain H&S records and training
- Dealing with customers who visit the shop (glazing industry knowledge would be a bonus)
- Managing email inboxes
- Processing purchase invoices in SAGE
- Raising and communicating quotes
- Supporting General Manager and Director
- Credit control/taking card payments
- Answering the phone to customers/suppliers/colleagues
- Manage social media content for the company
- Vehicle maintenance and MOT schedule management
- Filing and managing file storage
- Ordering of stationary, office supplies and materials
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- SAGE 50 experience
- Considerable previous office and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen to learn and able to adapt to a small business
- A friendly and hardworking team player
