We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a fantastic client of ours located in Fareham. Our client are specialists in the manufacturing of filtration and separation products. This busy job is on a part time basis where you will be supporting the financial department with your previous experience in accounts will see you supporting the sales and purchase ledger functions of the entire group. This is a part-time job.
The Package: This role is paying up to £24k p/a (This is a part-time position and this is pro-rata. If you were to work a 20-hour week, you would be looking at an annual ammount of around £12,300), hours will be varied, and flexible, additional benefits include: company pension scheme, life assurance schemes, on-site gym, high street discounts and much more…

What will I be doing?
You will be assisting the finance department ensuring all cashbooks are updated regularly, all expenses are reimbursed, invoices are copied and logged correctly and many more administrative tasks such as: supporting holiday cover, setting up new suppliers & new customers, general accounts administration and much more… This is a permanent part-time requirement.

What do I need?

• Previous accounts assistant/administration work experience.
• A general understanding of payroll/financial functions within an organisation.
• A strong work ethic to hit the ground running and manage your own workload.
• The ability to work in a team environment with the capabilities of working alone when required.
• An outside of the box thinking methodology and good mentality to brainstorm new ideas.
