Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading non-profit organisation in North Bristol with their search for a Accounts Administrator basis to join their team. You will need to have experience in an Accountancy department for this opportunity and be eager to progress your accounting career!
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the purchase ledger and assisting with payroll processing.
- Supporting with sales ledger transactions e.g. preparation of invoices.
- Checking staff expenses and providing assistance as required.
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and processing transactions.
- Post month-end journals in ledger.
- Updating monthly cash-flow forecasts and chasing outstanding debts to complete quarterly reports.
We Would Love to See:
- Experience of working within a finance department and processing purchase and sales transactions.
- Ideally some familiarity with SAGE accounting and payroll software.
- Pro-active approach and ability to manage own workload.
- Great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
