Accounts And Administration Assistant

I'm pleased to share that we at Sharp are working on a new role with an excellent multinational business that seen ever-increasing international success for several decades.
They are looking for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join the small team that manages their UK branch, which is based in Scunthorpe. This is a great opportunity, as it offers the appointed individual the chance to experience the benefits of working for a larger corporate organisation whilst simultaneously enjoying great working relations with colleges and a collaborative working environment within the context of a smaller team.
The individual appointed will be responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers as well as staff across the business and will act as a point of contact relating to sales and purchasing enquiries. Accounting and finance duties and responsibilities include generating purchase orders and processing delivery notes as well as handling Sage entries in relation to stock management. The roles also involved dealing with payment applications and sales invoices.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working within Accounting/Finance as well excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong numerical and IT skills are also required and experience using Sage or similar software is ideal but not a necessity.
