Futures Recruitment Service is excited to announce an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a reputable company based in Chichester. This role is part-time, working days are Monday to Wednesday, and offers a fantastic chance to contribute to a dynamic team in the finance department.
Main responsibilities :
- To manage the creditors and debtors
- Chase old debts
- Process invoices and send them out ensuring they are paid on time
- Manage the bank Accounts and get payments ready for processing
- Producing weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the managers and accountants.
- Chasing quotations and assisting the fire safety administrator with daily tasks and diary management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in finance and administration roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
