Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position
Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Near Leeds Bradford Airport
Hourly rate: £23,500-£26,000 Per Annum
Length: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Monitoring daily commmunications and answering andy queiers
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- recording and filing cash transactions in a timely manner
- Invoice processing and filling
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and be available at short notice.
