Accounts Assistant
Location: Stockton on Tees / hybrid
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5hrs
Duties and responsibilities
· Responsible for Sales Invoicing
· Ensure coding to the correct account.
· Ensure client details are correct.
· To complete maintenance of purchase ledger in the system
· Ensure invoices are raised correctly.
· To ensure new suppliers are accurately set up on my client’s system
· Deal with supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner.
· Complete daily bank reconciliations.
Qualifications
· AAT Qualification or relevant working experience.
Personal qualities
· Previous experience in using accounting packages
· Good attention to detail
· Excellent ability to meet deadlines
