Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant required. Our client is a dynamic and growing organisation who take pride in their global reach with their services being recognised as among the most dependable and professional in the market. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including but not limited to, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
• Monitor and manage employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the month-end closing process by preparing various financial reports and statements.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers, addressing inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Asisstant or similar role

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary (£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, DOE).
• Flexible working hours (8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm).
• 28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays.
