Salary and benefits of the Accountants Assistant role will include:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000
- Mon to Fri 9am - 5.30pm

The role of the Accountants Assistant will include:
- Posting bank receipts in various forms.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Dealing with telephone and email queries.
- Assisting with credit control.
- Dealing with invoices.
- Helping with budgeting.
- Create service charge and ground rent invoices.
- Helping property managers with section 20 notices/demands.
- Leaseholds outstanding.
The skills required for the Accountants Assistants role include:
- Microsoft skill beneficial but not essential(Pivot Tables, Formula's, Data Processing & Mail Merges).
- Sound knowledge of Propman or similar finance software.
- Data entry skills along with strong numerical and logical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and literacy.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Integrity and team player.
