Simple Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Assistant for a permanent opportunity with our client in Bath.
The Job:
Purchase Ledger:
- Logging overhead invoices
- Matching all statements
- Paying suppliers and posting payments
- Supplier account queries
Sales Ledger:
- Logging BACS and Cheque receipts from customers
- Customer refunds
- Credit control
- Manage monthly Direct Debit Collection
- Assist in account and billing enquiries
Others bits:
- Answering the telephone as part of the admin team
- Office based role in Bath with occasional travel to other offices within the group
- AAT Level 2 desired but not essential
The Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
