A very well-established and successful specialist haulage, warehousing and pallet distribution services business has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding business in the Snetterton region.
Working Mon to Fri, the role can be offered either on a part-time or permanent basis based on a 30 - 40 hour week (to suit your circumstances) across the five days.
This is a great role for an ambitious individual with a minimum of two years' experience as an Accounts Assistant to join this progressive business which has experienced year on year growth, and with further expansion plans, they are looking to add to the team. You will enjoy the buzz of a busy office environment and enjoy a variety of duties to include:
Reconciliation
Purchase/Sales Ledger
Resolving payment queries
Chasing payments
Accounts administration.
The role requires an individual who has thorough knowledge of SAGE and who shows flexibility in their approach to their work. As you will join a small, friendly team, it is critical for the client is to identify someone that is happy to roll up their sleeves and really get stuck in.
As Accounts Assistant, you will demonstrate attention to detail, superb organisational and communication skills, flexibility, and be an efficient, pro-active professional who can juggle multiple priorities working accurately to deadline. An accounting qualification would be an advantage, but it is your attitude and work ethic that will set you apart.
