A Central Bristol-based organisation is presently in search of an Accounts Assistant to cover maternity leave on a Fixed Term Contract. The role is scheduled to commence in April and conclude around March 2025. The successful candidate will be required to be in the office 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include,but are not limited to:

Working closely with the Accounts Manager
Meticulously handling all aspects of the company’s accounting and bookkeeping using Xero and Excel
Purchase ledger associated tasks

The successful Accounts Assistant will require the following skills and experience:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
Possession of AAT or an equivalent qualification, or qualified by experience
Proficiency in utilising Xero Software and Excel
A meticulous and detail-oriented work ethic
Exceptional numerical proficiency
