Accounts Assistant - Coleraine - Part Time - Permanent

- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, weekends off
- Company pension scheme
Duties will include:
- Reconciliation of daybooks to remittance posting via sales ledger receipts
- Ability to view customer accounts and deal with credit requests
- Allocation of invoices to credits and/or receipts
- Credit control review in line with company policies
- Processing invoices
- Reconciliation of creditor statements at month end
- Recognition of invoices and VAT treatment
- Maintenance of the cheque journal and petty cash books
What experience do you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role ie accounts in a busy office environment
- Strong IT and Excel skills are required
- Diligent and able to work efficiently with attention to detail, within required timescales
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
