Administrative Assistant

JACE Medical are the leading private medical services provider in Ireland, offering a range of patient-focused services to the public, NHS and private sector. Due to recent expansion, JACE Medical Clinic is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant to support consultant surgeons practising from the clinic based primarily at its state-of-the-art facility in Greysteel, Derry/Londonderry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside Ireland's leading Consultant Surgeons in ensuring the highest level of service to patients. They will also be required to provide comprehensive administrative support to the surgeon during their practising days..

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

Strong organisational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software.

Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or surgical setting.

Familiarity with medical terminology.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Familiarity with electronic systems such as Medilogik.

Administrative Assistant Certification.
