Accounts Assistant

We are delighted to be recruitng for an Accounts Assistant for our fab client based in Bispham. This role is commutable for people travelling from Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Layton, Hambleton and South Shore.

Accounts Assistant Salary: £24,000

Accounts Assistant:Hours: 35 hours per week between 8am-5pm

Accounts Assistant Roles and responsibilites:

• Processing invoices into sage 200.
• Liaising and building relationships with suppliers.
• Production of a weekly payment run.
• Processing payments via an online banking system, including foreign currency payments.
• Query resolution.
• Posting daily cashbook transactions and bank reconciliations.

What our Ideal Accounts Assistant looks like:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Able to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to resolve problems.
• Good analytical skills.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Experience of Sage would be highly advantageous.
