An extremely successful company with multiple global offices is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant team in Hull. You will be required to assist with Sales & Purchase Ledger, Reconciliations, Credit Control as well as helping your colleagues with additional ad-hoc accounting duties during busy periods. Applicants must possess varied accounts experience and be able to adapt to changing deadlines maintaining accuracy and a logical approach.
THE ROLE
Full time hours (Flexible to an extent), office based.
To work within a welcoming team assisting with ledger invoices, reconciliations, credit control and general preparation of accounts.
Additional accounts duties may be added over time.
Identify, investigate and resolve all account queries.
THE CANDIDATE
Must have the accounts knowledge to processes purchase and sales ledger invoices, reconciliations, credit control and a willingness to accept additional duties.
Able to remain calm, focused and accurate whilst striving towards deadlines.
Methodical approach whilst processing transactional accounts.
Possess initiative, drive, enthusiasm and the ability to manage a varied workload.
