The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 146-Bedroom hotel, and we are looking for an Accounts Clerk who wants to move forward in their career.
As an Accounts Clerk, you will be required to:
- General administration of the sales ledger, ensuring all invoices have been checked and sent out for payment in a timely manner.
- Allocating payments and matching invoices. Statement reconciliation.
- Debt chase and dealing with queries.
- Cross training for holiday cover within the department.
- Other Ad hoc duties.
The successful candidate will be reliable and have a proven history working in administration, reinforced with a superb attention to detail, numerical competency, and excellent communication skills. This position is available on a part-time contract, 24 hours per week.
