Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Lohur & Co Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role requires proficiency in financial management, client account management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' financial needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Review client financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that team members are aligned with client needs and objectives.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Tax Planning and Compliance:
Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.
Prepare and file tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their financial status, address concerns, and answer questions.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred.
Proven experience in accounting, financial management, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
