- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Verify, code, and enter invoices into the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
- Conduct regular audits of Accounts Payable data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or relevant finance roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
