Overview
An ever-growing hospitality company, are looking for a new Accounts Payable Clerk. The company are searching for a confident, detailed orientated individual, who wants to expand their knowledge. This is an amazing opportunity to take your first steps or continue in a finance career!
You will be entrusted to process invoices, ensuring the accuracy of each invoice and adhering to company policies. You will continue to develop your communication skills by delivering excellent customer services to internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable manager, you will be responsible for dealing with queries, reconcile supplier's statements and ensuring all documents are scanned, collated and filled appropriately. Working in a super friendly, supportive team, you will experience exposure to all areas of finance.
Skills required
- A fantastic understanding of Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Amazing attention to detail, as this is crucial to ensure accuracy of invoices.
- Have great communication skills, both in with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and work in a high pressure environment, while hitting critical deadlines.
- Have a drive to deliver fantastic, quality work to different stakeholders.
