Description

• Process and manage vendor invoices and payments
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely payments
• Assist in monthly financial statement preparations
• Adhere to financial policies and procedures
• Participate in internal audits
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting & Finance team

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• Data entry experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
