Here at Elevation Recruitment we are recruiting a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their friendly team based in Chesterfield. This role will ideally start before Christmas, and take you well into the new year to support with clearing a backlog and helping the wider team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
