Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client based in the Stafford area is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join them permanently. The perfect candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience, a fantastic eye for detail and the confidence to speak to suppliers over the phone.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties for the Accounts Payable Administrator will include:

• Processing a high volume of purchase orders and invoices
• Posting to accounts in multiple currencies
• Processing payments
• Prepare weekly payment runs
• Deal with invoice queries and any other communication via email and phone, building up an effective working relationship with suppliers
• Liaising with internal employees by phone, email, and in person
• Recording and maintaining administrative data

For the Accounts Payable Administrator role, it would be good to see candidates with:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Multi-currency experience, ideally
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system

Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
Salary: Up to GBP27,000 per annum
This role is commutable from Stafford, Stone, Uttoxeter, Penkridge, Hednesford, Rugeley
The role would suit candidates with the following experience: Accounts Payable, and Purchase Ledger.
