Our client based in the Stafford area is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join them permanently. The perfect candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience, a fantastic eye for detail and the confidence to speak to suppliers over the phone.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties for the Accounts Payable Administrator will include:
- Processing a high volume of purchase orders and invoices
- Posting to accounts in multiple currencies
- Processing payments
- Prepare weekly payment runs
- Deal with invoice queries and any other communication via email and phone, building up an effective working relationship with suppliers
- Liaising with internal employees by phone, email, and in person
- Recording and maintaining administrative data
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Multi-currency experience, ideally
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system
Salary: Up to GBP27,000 per annum
This role is commutable from Stafford, Stone, Uttoxeter, Penkridge, Hednesford, Rugeley
