Accounts Payable Administrator – Port Glasgow - £24,000

You will play a vital part in the Accounts Payable process and ensure relationships with suppliers remain strong

Are you the person for this job? 

• You have experience in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment  

• You have the ability to work independently but also confidently within a team 

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships 

• Outstanding attention to detail 

• You must have experience using Microsoft excel 

What to expect? 

• Responsible for the full end-to-end Accounts Payable process 

• Liaising with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of accounts 

• Assisting in the preparation of accounts using various accounting software programs 

• Undertaking client engagements as required 

• Working as part of a team servicing a broad range of accounting clients across a varied portfolio
