THE COMPANY: We have a great opportunity for a Accounts Payable Assistant to start on a temporary role for 3 months you will be working for a Membership company in the hub of London. You will be responsible for managing any queries that come in. Managing Sales Ledgers and assisting the Finance team. You will need to be proactive with a can-do attitude, that thrives in a fast-paced environment with extreme enthusiasm for data and accounts.
THE ROLE:
- Accounts Payable
- Hybrid working
- Supporting a team of 3
- Providing support to the Finance team and assisting when needed
- Ability to check and pass invoices and expenses for authorization
- Distribute sales ledge invoices and produce statements
THE PERSON: You will need to be proactive with a can-do attitude, that thrives in a fast paced environment with an extreme enthusiasm for data and accounts.
KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Sage 200, MS Dynamics
- Experience with Accounts payable
- Have great attention to detail skills
- Proficient communication skills
- Experience of working within a Membership College
