ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT - BOLTON

£12.50 PER HOUR (EQUATES TO £26,000 P/Y)

HOURS: MON – FRI 8AM – 4:30PM (40 HOUR PER WEEK)

TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join my client, a manufacturing firm based in Bolton, on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have some well-rounded experience and be happy working within a small, friendly team.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Purchasing materials 
• End to end sales order processing
• Responsible for raising and processing purchase orders
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Communicating with other internal teams with regards to accounts and order queries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Experience in transactional accounts position
• Good working knowledge of Sage and Excel
• Happy to work in a fully office-based role, within a small friendly team
