New Role – Accounts Payable Assistant – Fixed Term Contract – £25k - Blackpool
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Assistant to join one of our clients based in Blackpool for a Fixed Term Contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Finance team and sites and supporting the delivery of effective working capital management. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong team ethic, and is experienced in working in a customer-oriented environment.
Day to day of the role:
• Recognise business-critical issues and escalate accordingly.
• Help ensure relevant SLAs are met within the business.
• Comply with standard control procedures.
• Manual Invoice Processing and Ad Hoc business query resolution.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders as appropriate to resolve queries.
• Perform statement reconciliation.
• Provide regular performance and efficiency reporting.
What to expect:
• Mon-Fri – 8:30 – 4:45
• Salary: £25,000
• Hybrid working (3 days from home)
• Job Type: 5 Month Fixed Term Contract
