What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in you will take pride in representing our three UK hotels with our vendors
- You will be responsible for coding and posting invoices on ADACO and GPD (food, beverage, consumables, operating equipment and miscellaneous) during their day. This will include exporting all invoices from ADACO and integrating into GP dynamics, liaise with suppliers in regards to credits and invoices, raising payments and updating invoices, and supporting the Accounts Payable Manager in the update and refinement of SOP’s.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity to overcome some challenges such as faster payment and query turnaround.
