Description
The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for:
- Efficiently manage Accounts Payable transactions.
- Matching, batching, and coding high volumes of purchase invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Query resolution
- Managing petty cash
- Processing expenses
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or above (desirable)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve invoice queries.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
