Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm
COMPANY PROFILE
Our established and leading Manufacturing client are looking for a hard-working, reliable Account Payable Assistant to join their team and to help them manage Accounts Payable and process all the payments in a timely manner.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Possess a proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Prior experience in a finance department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process invoices efficiently
- Verify invoice and credit note accuracy
- Ensure matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Assist in month-end preparations
- Timely posting of payments
- Manage employee expenses
- Accurately sort, code, and match invoices/receipts
- Address supplier queries via phone and email
- Prepare Accounts Payable invoices
