Accounts Payable Assistant

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join their dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any inquiries or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure that all accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflect outstanding balances.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller on various accounting tasks as needed.
• Provide necessary support to Senior Management in financial decision-making processes.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and financial reviews.
