As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for the accurate recording, monitoring, management, and reporting of all payables. Key duties in the Accounts Payable function include seeking approval for supplier invoices, processing and recording these invoices, ensuring relevant re-charges are processed, resolving supplier queries, and preparing supplier payments via BACS. You will also handle emails, assist with supplier phone queries, and reconcile supplier accounts to statements. Familiarity with Netsuite and Moveware databases will be advantageous, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry.
