Fin Search are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk on a 12 month FTC basis for a market leading business based in Yorkshire.
This is a fully remote role, with travel to the York office for training for the first couple of weeks required. There may be the opportunity for this role to go permanent.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, this role will report in to the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable invoices.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, allocating invoices accurately, resolving any invoices queries, preparing weekly and monthly payment forecasts, preparing supplier statement reconciliations, credit card account reconciliations, building strong relationships with suppliers and suggesting process improvements where relevant.
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in an Accounts Payable role previously
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
