We are pleased to be working with a growing, local accountancy practice who are seeking an Accounts Senior and Tax Preparer. We are seeking applicants who are fully AAT qualified and studying towards ACCA or already hold these qualifications.
Duties to include:
Completing accounts to draft accounts stage with the potential to finalise these with the client either now or in the future.
Drafting Personal Tax returns and sole trader accounts ready for partner review and submission.
Liaising with clients to outline fees and work done.
The person:
Looking to work within a progressive business and be able to be very proactive.
Full working Knowledge of Xero and Dext is essential.
Experience of the use of TaxCalc is preferred but not essential.
Additional information:
Opportunity to create own role in Colchester office leading to managing the office.
Up to £40,000 per annum.
30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
Based in Colchester but must have own transport as will occasionally be required to work from the Rayleigh office.
