Rate of pay : £10.42 per hour.
Hours : 6 hours per week
Days : Saturdays from 9am or 10am
(or 4 hours Saturday plus 2 hours to be agreed)
Vacancies
A chatty PA with a good sense of humour is sought by a young woman living in the HU9 area of the city. Your role would be to support the woman doing activities she enjoys, such as going shopping, to East Park or going trampolining or to a local indoor soft play centre.
The young woman is aged 19. She has autism and learning difficulties, and mild visual impairment. You will need to be vigilant when supporting her to cross the road.
She can use buses, so a car driver is not essential, but you would need support the woman getting on and off the bus.
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of which will be met by the local authority/employer.
