THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading Law Firm who are seeking a HR Administrator to join on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Ensure payroll is recorded and submitted every month
- Assist with recruitment administration, including liaising with candidates and arranging interviews
- Provide occasional ad hoc cover for Reception
- Preparing induction packs
- Recording absence, responding to requests and dealing with holiday and sickness queries
- Previous experience within the Legal Sector is ideal
- Experience in HR and Administration within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT and keyboard skills
- Able to deal with issues sensitively and confidentially
