Job description

Are you an experienced and motivated EA or Administrator looking for role based in Nottingham city centre at a growing and established professional services firm?

They are looking for a committed, quick thinking and driven Executive Assistant to offer administration, financial support to the Knowledge and Innovation team.

To be considered for the Admin Assistant role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous Executive Assistant or Administration experience
  • Ideally have experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good IT and Time Management skills
  • Experience of booking travel/accomodation arrangements
  • Ability to prioritise workload and good attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and CRM systems

As part of the Legal Team, you’ll also be:

  • Providing personal administration, financial and file management support to the team
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Document production
  • Document management
  • Organising training sessions
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and training sessions
  • Extensive and at times, complex diary management
  • Planning and managing business events
  • Management of projects and priorities
  • Data inputting on the CRM system
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation available prior to all meetings
  • Recording and submitting expenses for management
  • General office duties such as printing and filing

Salary & Working Hours

  • £25000 per annum
  • Full time Monday to Friday – Hybrid options
  • 25 days holiday plus banks
  • Excellent Pension
  • Bonus scheme
