We are seeking to recruit an assistant administrator to compliment our existing team within the St Helen's Dynamic Keyworker service. This is a great opportunity to support the Senior Service Administrator in ensuring all the functions required by the Key Workers are in place and operate smoothly.
The regular work pattern for this post is between the hours of 9 -5pm Monday to Friday (as this is a part time post: days/times to be discussed)

- Do you have good attention to detail? Could you input information accurately and efficiently?
- Can you work with care to ensure personal information is kept confidential?
- Do you have good IT skills? Experience of creating posters, leaflets, desktop publishing, or experience of managing social media are also desirable.

There is currently an office base in Liverpool however there will be a requirement to provide Administration support to other sites across St Helens therefore the successful candidate must be flexible to travel as and when needed for meetings.
Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative. This is a busy role which will require you to have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise tasks, be proactive and solution focused.

The starting salary for this role is £22,534.00 (Full Time Equivalent) £9,324.00 pro rata, other salaries are shown so that applicants are aware of the progression salaries.
