Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Sage50 and possess strong organisational skills. As an all-rounder administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including credit control, general admin duties, customer service, and maintaining purchase and sales ledger.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing credit control procedures
- Handling administrative tasks efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service support
- Inputting and maintaining purchase and sales ledger
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks as required
Requirements:- Proficiency in Sage50 is essential
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:00
