Women’s Counselling and Therapy Service (WCTS) is an award-winning organisation providing long term (up to two years) face to face individual and group therapy to disadvantaged women who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access therapy. We believe in a world where all women and girls enjoy good mental health and flourish.
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic administrator to join our team.
Services Admin Assistant (Reception / Administration)
Salary scale: £22,539.30 - £24,396.75 (pro rata based on a 35 hour week) plus 5% employer pension contribution
21-28 hours per week negotiable (to include Monday until 7pm, Tuesday and Wednesday)
Based at our city centre office location
Applications are invited from women with sound relevant experience to contribute to the provision of client focused administrative and reception support services.
The role is varied and the successful candidate will have excellent administration, attention to detail and customer care skills, as well as experience of, or an interest in, working for a charitable/third sector organisation. Experience of website/social media and / or finance administration would be an advantage.
