Admin Officer

Your new company
Reporting in to the office manager, you will provide administration support to the Operational Team on site
Your new role
You will raise reactive tasks on the system
Keep databases up to date
Liaise with staff and subcontractors in relation to timescales for completing tasks
Liaise with the helpdesk
Answer calls and take messages where appropriate
Filing
Reception cover
Site inspection checks
Scanning
Manage emails
Raise orders
Update spreadsheets
Provide wider admin support
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate good IT skills - knowledge of Office 365
Have administration skills and be able to deliver results
Have a high standard of customer care
What you\'ll get in return
Office-based role
8am to 16.30pm Mon-Fri
